Look 1: Bohemian Butterfly
Face
To get this colorful, bohemian look start with a flawless, glowing base. Blend a suitable shade from Lakme’s range of foundations created specially for Indian skin tones. Highlight your eyes with the Earth Rose Blush Trio in Rose Sweeping towards your cheekbones. This will form a warm sheen of color for the flower lace pattern. To create the delicate lace highlight, start by adding some water to the magenta shade from the Silk Route Quartet. Using an applicator or a brush, draw dainty flowers high up on your cheekbone. Use a darker shade of the blush in the hollow of your cheekbone to highlight the contours.Finally use the nude beige or peach shades to add a subtle shine on your forehead, nose and chin.
Eyes
Simple does it. Define you eyes with a stroke of Black Satin Kajal on the upper and lower eyelids. Finish your look with oodles of Lash Artist Mascara.
Lips
Go natural. Apply a rich coat of Enrich Satin Lip Color in 663 for satin-kissed look. Finish with the dazzling shine of Sheer Satin Gloss in 61.
Nails

Face

Eyes

Face

Sculpt your cheeks with the Earth Rose Blush Trio. Use the lighter shade of Rose to highlight the apples of your cheek. Then use the Peach shade in the hollow of your cheekbone to create contours.
Eyes

A/W 2010-2011: Runway Beauty [Manish Arora]
“I wanted the makeup to look like colored lights on the face.” said M·A·C artist, Kabuki, of the look at Manish Arora. “Very youthful and psychedelic, I imagined Louise Brooks going down a rabbit hole and finding herself at a techno rave. It’s a celebration of color.” Kabuki applied M.A.C Select Cover Up Concealer all over the face including under and over the eye brows to blank them out. M.A.C Paintstick in Primary Yellow was used on the inner and outer corners of eyes (with edges blurred). M.A.C Cream Colour Base in Orange Alarm was placed in the center of the eyelid (from lash to slightly above the crease and blended up). M.A.C PRO Invisible Set Powder was dusted on top to set color. M.A.C Chromaline in Cyan was used to draw a very thin arched brow and lashes were left bare. For the lips, Kabuki applied M.A.C Lip Glass in Pink Poodle (precisely applied) then followed up with a coat of M.A.C Clear Lip Glass for added shine over the pink.

Padma Lakshmi's Everyday Nude Look [Make-up Breakdown]
Padma Lakshmi is known for her gorgeous skin and her beautiful almond shaped eyes, that's why it comes as no surprise that she doesn't have any foundation in this picture. For a cover shoot for Allure Magazine, she looked absolutely beautiful with neutral eyes and lips. To get her look, apply a mink-brown eye shadow over your eyelids, darkening it in the creases and fanning it up toward the brow bone. Thinly line your upper and lower lids with charcoal eyeliner and add black mascara to your top lashes. With a large fluffy brush, dust a soft-brown blush on the apples of your cheeks and blend outward. Apply a creamy lipstick with a lip brush to keep the color from looking too dense.

Katy Perry's latest trip from India inspired her look at the Grammys, which in my opinion is perfect for a wedding or a perfect desi dinner party.On to the breakdown, makeup artist Jake Bailey used the bindis Katy Perry brought back from a recent trip to India as inspiration to create a Betty Page, Indian princess look for the singer to rock at the 2010 Grammys. Here’s what was used:

First, apply a champagne-gold shadow over your lids just up to the crease, and extend it a bit to make the eyes look elongated and cat-eye like. The important thing is to choose one with a shimmer, powdery consistency—glittery, creamy shadows reflect too much light. Try something like Stila Starlight Eyeshadow Then line both the upper and lower lash lines with a soft-tipped deep-black pencil Stila Kajal Eye Liner in Onyx, and smudge with your fingertips. Apply a charcoal, brown eye shadow like M.A.C Espresso Eyeshadow in your crease and blend the shadows well. Apply faslse lashes and finish off with mascara on your upper and lower lashes and you're all set!

Skin
Even out your complexion with foundation and concealer, then apply a pea-sized amount of liquid gold luminizer to cheekbones, brow bones, and the bridge of the nose. Rub a small dot of cream blush on the apples of cheeks. With a makeup sponge, gently blend in a circular motion, working from the apple of the cheeks across and up the cheekbones. Apply highlighting powder to cheekbones, brow bones, and the bridge of the nose, where light naturally reflects.
Eyes
Apply a champagne gold eye shadow base on the lids of your eyes, all the way up to your crease. Add a sheer gold eye shadow on your lid, and blend a chocolate brown eyeshadow in the crease. Hold a strip of false lashes to your upper lid and cut them to the right length (measuring from the inner to the outer corner). Pick up lashes with tweezers and affix to the top lip from inner to outer corner. Line lids with a black eyeliner to blend the false eyelashes with your natural lashes, extend the eyeliner to create a cat eye. Gently curl lashes, then swipe mascara at the base only to avoid clumping. Frame your face by filling in brows with a powder one shade darker then your natural hair color. With a stiff, angled brush, use soft, wispy strokes to cover sparse spots.
Lips
To get that berry stain to look effortless and natural, apply a moisture-rich balm all over lips to smooth the surface. Line and fill lips with a chubby pencil that's as close to your natural lip color as possible. The liner gives your mouth a uniform base for color and will make your lip stain something to adhere to. To finish, add your stain and have a wonderful day.
